Over time Ezell Aviation has grown in experience with many exotic aircraft from WW II and the post war era. This experience comes from years of major and minor restorations, from structural repairs to routine maintenance. The companies specialty and main work flow has been since its origin WW II, and post war aircraft.
Through the years Ezell Aviation has strived to meet and exceed the customers expectations, by reproducing aircraft to their desired specifications. The majority of the companies restorations have been to bring the aircraft back to flying or airworthy conditions. All these aircraft are FAA inspected, and finished according to original specs and requirements for airworthy operation. This is done by research in aircraft maintenance manuals and micro film of original aircraft drawings, matching or improving specs to current FAA specifications. Ezell Aviation has a solid history of complying with the Federal Aviation Administration, personnel, and guidelines on all projects.
Ezell Aviation has restored aircraft for museums and private collections back to original factory, or wartime specifications, including interior and exterior colors, original stamps and markings on components and original war time components restored back to operational condition in order to present an exact replica of the aircraft in its war time configuration.
