Aircraft Maintenance
We have performed maintenance on 100s of different vintage aircraft, We are one of the most experienced vintage aircraft maintenance facilities in the world, having worked on over 34 different models. We provide condition inspections, annual inspections, minor to major structural repairs, engine minor and major repairs on some models. Engine removal, and installations, on all models. Hydraulic system troubleshooting, and component repair. Avionics and electrical troubleshooting, installation, and repair. We also have an Avionics repair station next door. We have IA's and A/P's on staff with others in training for certifications.
Fabrication
Hand machine, and tool fabrication of Aluminum, Stainless steel, Steel / Tig , Mig, wilding, and Spot Welding of Aluminum and Steel / Fixture, & Mold die, fabrication. From drawings, or reverse engineering / For equipment we have a Farnham leading edge rolling machine, hand brakes, and press brakes, shears, a stretch former, yoder hammer, english wheel, 3 Pullman machines, 3 hydraulic presses from 500 ton to 150 ton. Fixtures in house for F4U Corsair wings, center section, tail section, horizontals, and many other components. F6F Hellcat wings,Oil cooler housing, and Horizontals. P-38 Wings, horizontal, Gun Doors, Leading edge forms, and Center section. F8F Bearcat Wing panels, center section with main spar in stainless steel, fuselage, and tail section. T6 center section, horizontal, and wings. If we do not have a fixture we can reverse engineer what is needed.
Avionics Repair Station
We have a full time staffed, avionics shop in our facility, but also next door we provide transponder, and IFR inspections. Bench test, and repair, and installations. We can provide ADSB compliance to your warbird with a trained staff, that have vintage aircraft experience, and the attention to detail to do a proper installation.
CAD/Cam and CNC machine shop.
In house full-time staff on CNC machines, lathes, vertical mills, Solidworks CAD design, engineering, CNC programing, and operating.
Also our new in house Laser scanning, and reverse engineering capabilities.

Refinishing
Our full time staffed, finishing department is one of the best in the country. We pride our selves on many award wining finishes. We have 3 different paint booths, 50 x 50, 20x12, 16 x 10. Research, design, layout, to application. Fabric covering, metal treatment, corrosion prevention, base coat - clear coat, single stage, acrylic urethane, polyurethane, and epoxies, Aluminum polishing. We can do it all. We apply 3 chem, Axalta Imron, Akzo Noble, Sherman Williams, Poly Fiber, Randolph Coatings.
